I lead the Growth Operations team at Local Logic which is composed of GrowthOps/RevOps, Customer Success, and Customer Intelligence. I'm responsible for the strategy and execution of designing and building our infrastructure to support our teams and our users in being more successful through processes, tools, automation, instrumentation, and systems. This encompasses business performance and success metrics both for internal and external stakeholders.* Built a complete DXP and transitioned the Growth Stack into a more efficient and streamlined setup (Segment, Pipedrive, Customer.io, Zapier, Parabola, Vitally, Ghost, Zendesk, Amplitude, Aircall, Airtable), resulting in a reliable instrumentation and cost savings over $30,000 a year.* Instrumented and automated user journey, resulting in an increase in activation rate (+100%) and conversion rate as well as time to activation (halved).* Owned the customer data pipeline and responsible for its sanity and completeness. * Reporting and analysis on conversion funnels, email and website performance, and other initiatives.* Rebuilt of the website on Webflow, before handling the transition to Next.js+GraphCMS* Managed P&L and vendor evaluation/relationship.* Hired, trained, and managed team.* Developed documentation and knowledge base assets.

As Growth Architect, I'm responsible for development, execution, and optimization of growth strategies. I build multi-variate experiments, transform their insights in iterative action plans, with as a result a growth of our KPIS. I connect the dots across the organization, accelerate change, and deliver incremental value at every step.
