Self-funded and launched a one of a kind leadership program for Emerging Leaders. Members of these circles meet monthly. REMIA is about developing self-mastery through self-awareness, self-leadership and self-knowledge. Members learn to develop a beautiful capacity to be present, centered and collected regardless of what occurs on the outside; not an easy task but achievable with commitment and practice. Members learn to develop clarity about what matters to them, to be clear about their core values and to live their lives with clarity of purpose. Members develop the maturity and clear intentions to honor who they are and what they really care to achieve across all sectors of their life: Career, relationships, physical/health, personal finances/budgeting, body/mind/spirit alignment and leisures. It is about having a clear vision of one's self, defining clear intentions to manifest this vision, and learning to focus with attention on our intentions. As a result the participants mature, experience balance in their lives and feel that they have a life that is truly in alignment with who they are at their core. All members become happier, more fulfilled and become a source of inspiration for their families, colleagues and friends. The leaders develop strong self-esteem, self-confidence and aspire to develop relationships that work. It is a highly rewarding program for the participants and for me as their mentor and facilitator.

I enjoy the leadership role to further instill proper governance policies and ensure that all owners are proud of their community. I enjoy many aspects of real estate, from building a new property, to remodeling and fixing existing residential properties.
