My role at Klarna: - Lead, coach and develop a junior team that service HR experts, enabling the business unit to reach their objectives - Deliver service to employees, allowing them to focus on their area of expertise and remain productive and engaged - Identify gaps and drive the improvement of employee processes and experienceCollaborate with surrounding teams, finding practical solutions to everyday challengesAchievements: - Implementation of communication frameworks within our domain that help us learn faster with more clarity - Design of new onboarding experience that enables new team members to be up and running  effectively while ensuring an excellent first impression The environment at Klarna is dynamic, ever-changing, and provides the opportunity to use many tools in my tool kit. My role at Today: - Support multidisciplinary teams by removing blockers, preempting needs and facilitating decision-making - Regular collaboration with Managing Director and Co-Founders, tracking and communicating progress of my projects - Manage a program of inspiring organisational and professional development events  - Delivery of all internal and external events with perfect attention to detail - Cultivate and drive an inclusive, trusting, upbeat culture and communityAchievements: - Delivery of company-wide retreat allowing two offices to come together for three days of development, strategic discussion and connection - Development and facilitation of an internal communications plan, breaking down barriers between disciplines and business units, driving visibility of shared goals  - Co-design and relocation of new Melbourne offices enabling our people to work more efficiently - Creation of ‘Tool Time’,  an engaging introduction to the tools we use, how we use them and why they’re the best tool for the jobToday gave me an opportunity to truly enable people to do the work that gives them purpose. They provide healthy, organic, affordable food and had three locations across Melbourne.My role at Fit Inn:—Running regular training and development sessions with staff—Recruitment and onboarding of staff—Feedback and reporting to the owner and Cheif Financial OfficerKey Achievement:—Overachieving  revenue targets  by 20%  with the successful launch of two new locationsMy time at Fit Inn provided me with the experience in opening a new business and the challenges and rewards that come with it. Having had a well-deserved career break, I found myself feeling ready to reenter the corporate environment, armed with a new perspective.

My role at Telstra:—Contact and build strong relationships with my client base of 200 business customers ($3.4m in annual revenue)—Achieving a Sales target of at least $93,000 per month—Growing revenue 2% annually—Creating and maintaining a trusted network of internal technical specialistsKey Achievements Include:—Smashing my Net Promoter Score target, reaching +60 in FY 13/14 from -27 in the previous yearHaving spent three years in this fast-paced environment, I was ready for a break - I loved the sales part of this role and was keen to investigate more purposeful and strategic career opportunities.

Vodafone is a national supplier of low-cost mobile telecommunications and competes in a market of three tier one suppliers.My natural sales ability was crafted during my time at Vodafone. It was a high volume, fast-paced environment, and it was here that I experienced success at a National level. After proving myself in a sales role, I was promoted to Store Manager. My role at Vodafone:—Reaching set KPI’s including sales and connections per day targets—Meeting labour budget allowances —Regular reporting to state and national managementKey Achievements include:—Winner of the Vodafone National Award for Excellence in Sales and Customer Experience —Moving non-compliance, stock and banking variances to zero within 6 monthsAfter consistently achieving my own goals and those set to me by the business, I was ready to take on a new challenge with higher stakes.
