Owen Oliver, a former transactional lawyer with 10 years of experience at Fieldfisher and Ingenious Media, is now the Head of Strategic Partnerships at StructureFlow. He has been instrumental in changing the way lawyers and finance professionals visualize, model, and plan transactions and structures. Oliver is also the co-founder of Workshare Transact, which was acquired in 2019 by Litera and is now sold as Litera Transact. He studied at Nottingham Law School and the University of Cambridge, where he obtained a BA in Law. With a background in legal practice, business affairs, corporate and media group management, transaction management, and product development, Oliver has a unique set of skills that make him an excellent addition to any organization.
