Jimmy Criswell is a finance enthusiast with years of experience in the financial aid department. Studying Business Administration at LeTourneau University, he developed a passion for organizing the financial aid department to meet the changing landscape of higher education. Jimmy's experience includes multiple directorial positions, such as the Director of Financial Aid at Criswell College and Director of Student Finance at Carrington College. Before venturing into financial aid, Jimmy held various positions in customer service, including as a Shop Manager and Reservationist. His vision is to change the value perception of the financial aid department by putting the right people in the right positions, ultimately making others smile.
