Jason Bond

Jason Bond is a co-founder and investor with a wealth of operational experience in global financial markets. His expertise lies in growth, strategy, business development, team building, negotiation, global regulation, integration of electronic trading technology, risk management, and decision making. He has held senior management roles in Tokyo, Singapore, and London.

Jason is passionate about various interests outside of work, including family, food, friends, coffee, fitness, skiing, technology, investing, venture capital, and real estate. He has a background in A-Levels from QE Boys Sixth Form College and a degree in International Economics from Queen Elizabeth Boys School.

Throughout his career, Jason has been actively involved in several organizations. He co-founded and serves as President at FirstStep Financial Corporation. He also has experience as an investor at Food.ee and as a founder at Green Star Capital Corp. In addition, he held key positions at Tradition, such as Strategy and Business Development in Asia, Head of Hybrid Rates Trading in the EURO Zone, and Head of Derivatives Trading in Japan.
