Tobin Pilotte is a veteran designer and creative leader with extensive experience in design thinking and team management to create better end-user experiences. He obtained his bachelor of science in Art at the prestigious Texas A&M University-Commerce. Tobin has held various leadership positions, including Design Director at USAA, where he mentored teams to develop solutions that align business and design. He is also a former Creative Manager at Innoviss Inc., Designer at Lockheed Martin, and Graphic Artist at ACS. Tobin's passion for teaching design processes and facilitating meaningful workshops has allowed him to transition into a leadership role in Pilotte Creative Services as an Art Instructor, where he helps develop design thinking in organizations he works with.
