Alicia Santiago Tapia is a highly educated and experienced professional with an expertise in clinical trial monitoring and organic chemistry. She has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry, specialising in Organic Chemistry, from the prestigious Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She also studied a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and another Master's degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, respectively.
Alicia started her career as a Researcher at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she gained valuable experience in conducting research and data analysis. Later, she worked as a Jr Research Associate at Eli Lilly and Company, where she developed her skills in clinical trial design and drug development. She has also worked as a CRA Trainee and currently holds a position as a CRA I at Sermes CRO, where she is responsible for monitoring clinical trials and ensuring their compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to her professional experience, Alicia has also worked as a Private Tutor, demonstrating her passion for education and her ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
