As the Sourcing Manager for Electronics & Optics, I was responsible for developing a sourcing strategy for Avigilon for their entire electronics and optics portfolio.  My roll was to act as a liaison between Engineering, Purchasing, and the supply base to optimize cost and scalability for a dynamic supply chain.•	Green-fielded a Commodity Management role that didn’t exist before within Avigilon resulting in an organizational change where Sourcing took a lead in product development supplier selection and supplier engagement within Operations.•	Developed standard processes and reports for Commodity Management and New Product Introduction.•	Drove continuous improvement and new programs resulting in savings >2.4% on an annual basis.
