He has a postgraduate education, with an MSci in Human Genetics from University College London (UCL) and an MSc in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management from the UCL School of Pharmacy.

Jacob has a proven track record of achieving corporate strategic goals underpinning the entire drug development life cycle. His key strengths include therapy area insights and competitive intelligence generation, gap analysis, commercial benchmarking, financial forecasting, analytics, personalised healthcare trends, digital health impact, external scientific and investor communication strategy, and business development & licensing (BD&L).
