Meet fitness and wellness industry expert, Jane Bahneman. With over twenty years of executive level experience, Bahneman is a high performing entrepreneur who has committed herself to advancement within the fitness industry. She has an extensive background in project and program management, and is known for her work as Founder and President of Nectar Yoga Studios and Jane Bahneman Consulting. Additionally, Bahneman has served as Director of Central Operations and Director of Fitness/Wellness Operations at CENTERS LLC.

Bahneman's passion for health and fitness is reflected in her professional accomplishments. She has been an American Council on Exercise Industry Advisory Panelist and Event Speaker, an Advisory Council Member of the Association of Fitness Studios, and a former Brand Ambassador for Athleta, a B corporation focused on empowering women. She has also been a Keynote Speaker at various national fitness events and symposiums, and a published author in industry publications such as Idea Fitness Journal, American Fitness Magazine, and Shape Magazine.

Bahneman holds a Master of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College. She has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at both Northern Virginia Community College and John Tyler Community College. In her previous roles as Associate Director of Campus Recreation/Director of Fitness & Wellness at Georgetown University, Assistant Director – Fitness at the University of Virginia, and Group Exercise Director at Richmond Athletic Club, Bahneman has demonstrated her expertise in the fitness industry.
