Marc Wayne is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in founding and operating successful ventures. His expertise ranges from non-profit to for-profit sectors, and his achievements are impressive. Wayne co-founded Northumberland Springs Water Company in the early '90s, which set the pace for things to come. He later co-founded and managed OAM Computer Group, which became one of Canada's top 100 technology resellers. He has been a fruit-bearing investor and board member in many ventures that have brought returns, and he is a keen supporter of community engagements, coaching, and management through the North Toronto Basketball Association and Lawrence Park Athletic Association.

Wayne's professional experience spans multiple sectors, from leading research and development to directing operations and business development. He has worked as former Co-Founder and Managing Partner at OAM Computer Group, Co-Founder, and President at Bedrocan Canada Inc., Co-Founder, and Co-Managing Director at Beckley Canopy Therapeutics, Founding President and Managing Director at Canopy Health Innovations, and Co-Founder and Managing Director - Global Research - Spectrum Therapeutics at Canopy Growth Corporation, among others.

His education is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Queen's University and partial study in the candidate Master's Environmental Studies at York University.
