Currently focused on nurturing entrepreneurial environments, Erika is involved in multiple projects aimed at promoting ethics in entrepreneurship and facilitating access to funding and partnerships in the APAC region through ventures like Ethics in Entrepreneurship and Spiral Bio.

Erika delves into a variety of impactful projects that intersect technology and healthcare, such as Point of Care Diagnostics, personalized medicine platforms, AI-assisted diagnostics, medical records interoperability, and synthetic biology applications in food and healthcare.

Additionally, Erika supports startups and non-profits focusing on digital health, aging population technologies, hospice care, mental health, and various social issues like human trafficking and sex worker safety and healthcare services.

Erika's educational background includes Bachelor's degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
