Lead Product Manager

Led the product function @ Main Street, a Greylock + Khosla backed seed stage startup that enables everyday entrepreneurs to easily launch and grow home service businesses. We built an end-to-end SaaS platform that business owners used to manage the home service job lifecycle. This includes systems and tools for generating leads, managing customer contacts, estimating job scopes, managing job production, and collecting payments.

I was responsible for product strategy, roadmap management, user research, building operational playbooks, and setting EPD team processes and culture (EPD = engineering, product, and design).

Executing within our Decision Engine, Resale Pricing, City Operations, and Sales Operations teams in various Product and BizOps roles. Since joining, I held on for dear life as Opendoor expanded from 2 -> 20+ cities (and counting!) and excited to help drive Opendoor to 50+.

Responsibilities include:
-  Build pricing models, tooling, and systems
-  Hands-on execution, program management, and forward planning to scale operations
-  Diagnosed and managed P&Ls across cities
-  Built performance management processes, frameworks for decision support, and models & tools to guide operator behavior and strategy
-  Created scalable analytics solutions through defining metrics, building transform jobs and visualizations, and created bots (SQL, R, Excel)

Opendoor

Product Manager

Served as a Business Analyst on the Global Sales team and International Seller Services organization supporting the recruitment of 3P Sellers and their movement across the various Amazon marketplaces worldwide through analytics, scalable reporting solutions, and ad-hoc support.

Designed the Global Sales team’s first reporting structure by setting business objectives with leadership, gathering and defining KPI’s, and constructing data pipeline that enabled efficient flow of data throughout the organization using Oracle SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

Assisted three yearly cycles of the organization’s operational and long term business planning process through identification and sizing of key business initiatives, forecasting expected revenue targets, and preparation of business review materials.

Owned large-scale analyses and recurring ad-hoc support that drove discovery of insights and improvements in seller success metrics, selection health, item targeting, and the sales team’s lead to launch performance.
