Paula Quijano is an accomplished music industry professional who has worked in various roles over the years. She attended The American School in Switzerland (TASIS) for her schooling and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bryn Mawr College.

Quijano's professional journey started with MCT Management, where she worked as Executive Assistant and Assistant Manager before advancing to become an Artist Manager and Executive Producer for the same company. She later founded Little Giant Entertainment, a talent management firm and currently serves as Vice President of Artist Development at Little Empire Music.

In addition to her music business acumen, Quijano has a strong background in marketing and event promotions. She worked as an Account Manager at BOLD! Marketing and Promotions before transitioning to the music industry.

Quijano's expertise and skills cover different areas, including artist development, management, marketing, and promotions. She is also well-versed in event production and has helped organize numerous concerts and music festivals.
