Svetlana Kuzmina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset and property management, real estate research, consulting for commercial real estate projects, concepts development, and investment analysis. She is a graduate of prestigious institutions, having studied at the Commercial Investment Institute, Institute of Real Estate Management, and Государственный Университет Управления (ГУУ).

Kuzmina has worked in several top-level positions, including Head of Asset Management at AVICA Property Investors, Marketing & Consulting Director at Torgoviy Kvartal, and Head of Economic Analysis Department at RTM Development. Her expertise in real estate research and financial analysis has also been utilized by companies such as Paul’s Yard Realty, MCD Group Holding, Universal Management and Consulting Company (UMACO), and BMW Russland Trading.

Alongside her professional experience, Kuzmina has been involved in international exchange programs, including with Six Flags – Elitch Gardens. She is committed to developing her skills, evidenced by her pursuit of a Ph.D. in the Improvement of Investment Decision Making Algorithm for Commercial Real Estate.
