Being in charge of the Ads Operation team means to have full control and visibility of the business.

Analzying and controlling revenue on a daily basis, thinking out how to improve KPI´s, implementing new solutions to our PMP´s strategy, handling integration of new partners, giving support to PO´s and working together with BI to improve performance are some of the tasks that I´ve to do everyday.

I am in charge of implementation, optimization, contact with the client, solving issues in the connection and coordinating everything that has to be done in order to make the campaign running.

Dealing with SSP’s, DSP’s, Media Agencies, Exchanges, Publishers and Networks almost on a daily basis.
