I was the founding member of the Advanced Advertising Products and Strategy group reporting to the CIO, building the future of Video Monetization across the largest set of premium Video (Linear TV + Digital) inventory (a $10B business). The Audience Targeting Platform (ATP) was built using large datasets like set top box data, smart TV data and consumer transactions and behavior datasets across NBCU, Advertiser CRM and 3rd party data. The ATP platform enabled various selling strategies and delivery mechanisms across Linear, Addressable, Multi-screen and programmatic inventory. Key product accomplishments include:

Built and led the global shopper & marketing insights team at Amazon. My team built out the Amazon advertising ROI measurement and brand/shopper analytics platforms across the Amazon Ad Tech stack. These data and analytics products provided business intelligence and reporting throughout the lifecycle of a campaign across screens (desktop, mobile, tablets) and channels (i.e. O&O, Audience Extension, Self Service). In addition to the products and platforms, I also developed a professional services model providing consultative data services to the largest advertisers and their agencies on the platform. I hired, developed and mentored teams of 25 people spanning product management, data science, data and software engineering. Key product accomplishments include:

1. Launched Cross Channel Attribution for all advertisers.
