Rebecca Harrington is a highly motivated leader in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wellesley College and a Master of Science in Health Administration from UMass Amherst, where she completed a two-year U.S. Public Health Fellowship. Harrington has co-founded and serves as the President of the Leadership Institute (LI), a community-building organization that connects healthcare industry leaders with actionable change initiatives. She has also served as a former Advisor for Incredible Health, Vice President of Operations at Healthways, and Assistant Director of Operations at UCHealth. Additionally, she is committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by creating networks and platforms that support sustainable and transformative change. Outside of work, Harrington is also the proud mother of three incredible children.
