James Echols

James Echols is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer and Board Member with a proven track record of leadership in the management consulting field.

Aside from his role at Renaissance Management & Training Solutions LLP, Jim holds key positions in various organizations such as Chair of the Workforce Development Committee at Kansas City Kansas Community College Downtown Advisory Council and President of Future Leaders Outreach Network (FLON).

He also serves as Chair of the Wyandotte County Boys and Girls Club, First Vice-Chair of the Wyandotte County Unified Government Advisory Commission on Human Relations and Disability Issues, and a Board Member in several organizations including Future Leaders Outreach Network, Historic Northeast-Midtown Association, and Reaching Out From Within (ROFW).

His expertise lies in Management, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Public Relations, and Strategy, making him a valuable asset in the industry.

James Echols earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Political Science and Government from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Prior to his current roles, he served as the HOPE Mentoring Program Director at the Kansas Department of Children and Families, showcasing his dedication to community service and mentorship.
