Morgan Pool, a former substitute teacher, executive assistant, and nature counselor, is now a Realtor at Spyglass Realty and Investments in Austin, TX. She studied Undergraduate, Recreation Parks and Tourism Sciences-Tourism Management at Texas A&M University, Spanish at Inhispania Spanish Language School, and took courses at Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus and Midland College. Morgan's previous work experiences include positions at WhiteWater Midstream, LLC, Endurance Resources Inc., and Austin Independent School District, where she served as an executive assistant, office manager, and substitute teacher, respectively. She has also worked as an event coordinator for Texas A&M University-Department of RPTS and a guest host/front desk host at Hyatt Place College Station.

As a former member and risk manager of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity and a core team leader at St. Joseph's Youth Group, Morgan is skilled in leadership and team management. Furthermore, she has an interest in the environment and wildlife, as evidenced by her membership in the Wildlife Society during her time at Texas A&M University.
