Oversee BECU's consumer Deposit and Debit card products, comprising the nation's fourth largest credit union with more one million members. Responsible for portfolio analysis, balance growth, utilization, strategic planning, product development, regulatory compliance, loyalty programs, marketing partnership, vendor management, and pricing.

Product Manager

- Drove creation of the financial analysis supporting two key bodies of work for the business segment.  The resulting financial picture was instrumental in receiving executive approval for two initiatives:  Business Deposit Product Redesign and Online Entitlement/ACH/Wires.
- Reconstructed compensation plan for Financial Advisor group in collaboration with HR, Investment Services, and Profitability leadership
- Key team member in cross-functional group constructing compensation for 600 employees across seven departments; responsible for modeling, forecasting, and creation of dynamic calculation tools for efficient and effective execution
- Created and maintain multi-factor dynamic modeling tool for Credit Card management. The tool has been instrumental in approval and execution of several initiatives, including removal of Foreign Transaction Fees, removal of Cash Advance Fees, and expansion of promotional offerings.
- Gather, analyze, and present data-driven analysis to assist in the long range strategic positioning of the Credit Union, including portfolio analysis concerning profitability, rate risk exposure, member benefit, and pricing impact
- Financial modeling and forecasting – manage monthly risk-adjusted profitability forecasting, project forecasting, variance analysis, and member impact

Cost and Profitability Analyst

- Concurrent position including client management and new business development
-  Developed business plan, sales forecasting, product pricing models, digital & formal presentation materials, and financial documents
-  Developed financial forecasts and budgets for four associated companies: retail product line, nonprofit service company, and real estate ventures
-  Managed client accounts from initial inquiry through final product execution: pricing, budget analysis, staff coordination, menu creation, and client support - boosted inquiry retention from 30% to 70%
-  Executed distribution, wholesale, and retail contracts, including broker and distributor support
