Jennifer has mastered a process called "The DiMotta Method" which she shares in her book "Money Matters Business Leaders Addition Vol II" available on Amazon.

Jennifer's recent success is her proven leadership program, Uprisors, which is a 6-step and 10-week program specifically designed for career-driven women who want leadership, career, and health coaching in one. She specializes in working with women and individuals who are not native to the US but work and live in the US.

Jennifer's long-standing success is due to her commitment to building leaders at all levels with her DIY 6-step Method. She is a public speaker and a strategic advisor for several companies, and she holds two corporate board seats at $6B public company, Midland States Bancorp. Jennifer has been a guest professor and mentor at the Wharton School of Business, where she taught on topics of Retail and Leadership, and was also a guest speaker at William & Mary, podcasting with the Dean on Omnichannel, Retail, and Leadership.

Jennifer's education includes a Masters's in Leadership from Bellevue University, a Health Coach training certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a BGS in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jennifer has held high-ranking positions at MediaMarktSaturn, Bluemercury, Sports Authority, Office Depot, and Hayneedle, and served in the Army for 9 years.
