Dr. Kristen Guth is a highly experienced social scientist researcher and consultant, boasting more than 20 years in the field, working across start-ups, corporations, non-profits, media, and the public sector. Her expertise lies in leveraging research to shape effective solutions that align leaders and teams with business goals, particularly in technology and change contexts.
Her domain knowledge spans various areas such as change management, organizational development, business strategy, training, and both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Kristen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Southern California, complemented by dual Master of Arts degrees from USC and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University.
