Luciano Vital

Luciano Vital is an accomplished investor, strategist, board member, and mentor with over 30 years of professional experience in business structuring and planning, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, communication, sales, and investments in companies of various sizes across the world. He has worked in diverse industries such as sales, IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, energy, paper and cellulose, among many others.

Luciano graduated from Harvard Business School from the Owner/Presidents Management Program (OPM46), with specialized studies in Applied Neuroscience and Complex Problem Solving at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also has postgraduate studies in marketing from the Marketing Training Specialists College of London.

Throughout his career, Luciano has developed projects for over 1,000 companies, including Votorantim, Warner Bros., International Paper, WPP Group, Rigesa MedWestvaco, Benteler Automotive, Alujete, Haver & Boeker, Motorola, Samsung, and Electrolux, among many others. He has actively participated as a Board Advisor for more than 50 startups, small and medium-sized businesses around the world. Luciano has negotiated over 250 mergers and acquisitions and developed over 750 business plans. He has also mentored more than 400 entrepreneurs and diagnosed over 1,000 businesses.

Luciano's professional experience also includes coordinating the restructuring of 150 businesses, performing over 600 business valuations, and overseeing $6 billion in contracts. He has trained over 15,000 professionals and impacted 1 million professionals online. Luciano has participated in 50 Advisory Board positions and has invested in 2 real estate investment funds and 3 international holdings funds.
