Anna Zorya is an accomplished lawyer with extensive expertise in corporate, tax, and M&A law, particularly in cross-border structured finance transactions and other transactions in the capital markets and debt financing. She has previously worked as a partner at a leading Ukrainian law firm where she headed the Corporate and M&A practice, gaining experience in various sectors of business, including banking and finance transactions, and real estate. Anna is now a partner at Arzinger, where she specializes in representing corporate clients and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions. Anna studied magister in Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is a member of several organizations.
