Debbie Lynch is a highly accomplished global HR leader who is committed to helping people of diverse cultures and backgrounds achieve success in their careers. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Debbie achieved significant goals that advanced brand value and empowered others. She served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ansell, where she led the transformation of the HR organization and founded the Women’s Leadership Forum, which achieved the approval of the Board of Directors in including gender diversity goals in the annual shareholder report. Debbie also served as the Head of Internal Communications & Chief Sustainability Officer at Ansell Limited. Prior to this, she served as the VP of HR, North America, Latin America, Medical Global Business Unit at Ansell and the Sr. Director of HR at Sanofi. Debbie holds a certification in Professional/Executive/Life Coaching, Organizational Leadership from iPEC Coaching, a PhD in I/O Psychology from Capella University, and a master's degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has an enduring passion for executive and leadership development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and board activities.
