Eric Fliegel is an accomplished Technology and Operations Executive with a proven track record of strategic thinking, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His expertise spans across various industries, including veterinary software and services, financial services, and media intelligence. Eric has held significant leadership positions, including Executive Director of Information Services, CIO, and Assistant Dean at more than one institution.

He is former Vice President of Worldwide Technical Support at Gartner, Inc., and served as Director of Global Infrastructure Services at Merrill Lynch before that. During his tenure at IDEXX, Eric held the positions of Director, Customer and Technical Support, and Veterinary Software & Services Customer Experience. In his most recent role, he served as Vice President, Event Solutions and Support, and he currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Event Services/Operations at Notified.
