Karli Bonges is a highly motivated organizational leader with a passion for mentoring and coaching individuals to reach their full potential. Bonges holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University. During her time there, she served as the Hiring Manager at Linkins Dining Center, managing employee performance, training, and orientation.

After graduating, Bonges joined Allstate's three-year Leadership Development Program, where she rotated annually across different departments, gaining experience in product, claims, and corporate relations. Her rotations allowed her to expand her skills in project management, business acumen, and communication.

Bonges has also successfully led virtual groups, where she co-created and nurtured Allstate's Young Professionals Organization in the North Central region. During her third rotation, she led an organizing committee, arranging social and engagement events for 120 leadership program participants.

Notably, she has garnered experience in fields such as benefits management, local presence consultancy in LDP, claims workflow COE deployment consultancy, project management, and financial services.

She possesses excellent communication skills, displays a remarkable degree of empathy in her leadership approach, and is enthusiastic about diving into data to inform business decisions.
