William Black is a seasoned political communications professional who has over six decades of experience in creating and managing large-scale direct mail and teleservices programs for Republican candidates, national committees, & conservative non-profits. He began his career at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, where he was responsible for managing the direct marketing fundraising efforts of the Senatorial Inner Circle, Presidential Roundtable, Senatorial Trust & Chairman's Foundation donor programs. After spending seven years as the Director of Development for a 1.7 million member political advocacy organization, Black established Oxford Communications in 2000 to provide direct marketing services to clients without losing sight of their needs and expectations. His philosophy is that they operate as a partner and not just another vendor, and they offer full-service direct marketing services, including consulting services related to caging, database management, and fulfillment. Black and Oxford Communications have produced successful direct mail programs & packages for many prominent national and international clients. Black studied at The University of the South.
