Hafer is the CEO and founder of the Black Rifle Coffee Company, a premium coffee brand that has become a staple for coffee lovers around the world. Before starting his career in the coffee industry, Hafer had an impressive military career, serving in the U.S. Army for 20 years as an infantryman, a Special Forces soldier, and a CIA contractor. During his time in the army, Hafer discovered his passion for coffee, which he began roasting himself and taking with him on his deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
