Abraham Delgado is a digital transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience in information technology management, process management, software development, and CAD. He has held technical and management positions in renowned companies such as Oracle, CA, i2 Technologies, Mercury Interactive, GE, AOL, GMAC, COX Enterprise, MARTA, Scholastic, General Motors, and GlaxoSmithKline. Throughout his career, Abraham has played key roles in IT, including resource management, systems administration, network administration, project management, application development, process automation, and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) consulting. He is also certified in Micro Focus PPM and has extensive experience in workflow & robotics process automation.

After relocating from the Silicon Valley to Atlanta, Georgia in 2004, Abraham established his own IT consulting practice, Digital Business Process, LLC, focused on helping companies implement PPM solutions, establish PMO organizations, and automate or reengineer business processes. With over a decade of PPM/PMO consulting experience, Abraham joined General Motors in 2015 to help implement PPMT, where he automated several processes, including Project Proposal, Project Mgmt., Project Risk/Issue tracking, and Scope Change Mgmt. Later, in early 2017, he managed the PPM platform at General Motors and joined the IT RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate business processes and perform quality assurance on “robots” developed by its global business partners/developer.

Abraham joined GlaxoSmithKline for Wipro Digital in 2021 as a RPA Solution Architect, and he is now working to automate business processes and enable digital transformation at GSK. Throughout his career, Abraham has developed and delivered training to various project participants and stakeholders in demand mgmt., resource mgmt., financial mgmt., project mgmt., program mgmt., and portfolio mgmt. solutions.
