As a Camp Director, I supervise eight counselors, in addition to developing the curriculum and activities for the one-week horn camp, geared towards advanced horn players in middle school and high school. I serve as a primary teacher to students, delivering insights on fundamental horn practice. I also collaborate with other members of the Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse chamber ensemble to conduct warm-ups, private lessons, master classes, special topic courses, and small to large ensemble performances.
A few key contributions in this role have included:
-  Design and maintain the UTA Honors Horn Camp website, online registration, book-keeping, in addition to overseeing the administrative management of the camp.
-  Oversee all aspects of the university bureaucracy, to include university compliance and background checks and reserving and coordinating all campus facilities, such as room and board, classroom and performance venue reservations, and all technology aspects.
-  Coordinate all faculty and board meetings, schedule travel arrangements, develop course curriculum, and steer the management of all performances; includes arranging guest artist performances.
-  Teach and coach warm-up classes, masterclasses, private lessons, small and large ensemble playing, and special topics classes.

UTA Honors Horn Camp

As a Co-Owner of BrownWood Publishing, I help lead and manage this online publishing company founded by horn players for the purpose of sharing with other horn players. I regularly collaborate with a team of highly skilled performers, educators, arrangers, and composers provide custom arrangements, stock arrangements, original compositions, educational tools, and other resources.
A few key contributions in this role have included:
-  Function as a Music Engraver and Copyist for all pieces.
-  Negotiate and maintain contracts with all composers, arrangers and artists.
-  Design of all logos, themes, and other publication elements.
-  Arrange and transcribe horn specific pieces.

As a Horn Instructor, I plan and teach high school students with advanced performance skills for the Horn and other musical instruments. I work with a wide range of faculty ensembles and student ensembles to deliver area performances and orchestral sectionals.
A few key contributions in this role have included:
-  Teach daily group warmup classes and sectionals; coach student chamber ensembles.
-  Coordinate, facilitate, and perform in all faculty chamber ensemble performances.
-  Mentor students in their music development and in preparation for college or conservatory education.
-  Host seminars on Professional and Collegiate Audition Preparation and Entrepreneurship.

As a Conductor, Coordinator, and Arranger for Holiday Horns I oversee the planning, management, and execution of the community event. I am additionally responsible for recruiting horn players with skillsets at all levels.
A few key contributions in this role have included:
-  Compose unique arrangements of music, with parts suitable for beginners and professionals.
-  Coordinate online registration, music distribution, and concessions for the event.
-  Locate and arrange the use of a facility large enough to host 100+ horn players.

Holiday Horns

As an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Horn, I teach, coach, and manage the overall performance outcomes of music and non-music majors during one-hour sessions, week-to-week studio courses, and on-campus performances. I am also responsible for the recruitment of university students for music classes, when needed.
A few key contributions in this role have included:
-  Recruit and maintain a large and diverse horn studio, to include weekly studio classes and Horn Choir rehearsals.
-  Teach several sections of brass methods to future music educators.
-  Perform with faculty chamber ensembles, including the UTA Woodwind Quintet and Brass Quintet.
-  Coach student chamber ensembles.
-  Schedule and run juries for the brass department and spearhead the migration to an all-online system.
