Stephanie Waite is a successful organizational leader, motivator, and influencer. She received a Master's of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and studied Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of St. Thomas. She also has experience teaching for Racine Unified School District and has lent her expertise to Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Grant Thornton LLP. Waite is the founder and CEO of 7 AIR and specializes in curriculum and instructional design, learning strategy, and change management strategy.
