Dallas Tanner is a real estate industry leader and founding member of Invitation Homes. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, after previously holding positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, as well as serving on the boards of the company's predecessor entities. With 17 years of experience in the industry, Tanner has played an integral role in creating the single-family rental industry, and holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Beyond his work at Invitation Homes, Tanner's real estate experience includes the establishment of multiple real estate platforms, such as Treehouse Group, for which he privately sourced funds for platform investments spanning single-family homes, multifamily properties, manufactured housing, residential land, bridge financing, and property management. Additionally, Tanner has served on the HOPE Global Board of Advisors, is actively involved in American Indian Services, and served as a missionary in the Netherlands and Belgium.
