CoCreations is where I work with corporates and institutional investors to start, build and grow start-ups with a focus on commercial real estate. In addition CoCreations works as a collective with other experts to incubate our highly disruptive start-up ventures. Focus industries: Property, Proptech and Consumer.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fora/ Brockton Capital LLP, Generali Real Estate, eBay, ROOM, 50 Partners. I also have also worked with multiple venture and private equity funds.

ROOM is pioneering modular adaptive workspace solutions that cut time and cost in commercial fit-outs whilst increasing flexibility and providing aspirational design. The business hit over $40M in revenue in the first year. I worked with the company to define a European business plan and strategic partnerships.

International architectural and design firm where I'm an operational Partner. We combine design and innovation to create spaces with a unique wow factor. Work across commercial, residential, retail and hospitality projects. Organically grown to 20+ person team delivering large scale international projects with 7 figure turnover.  In 6 months I reduced monthly costs by 20% and increased revenue by 30% month-month.

Clients include, Cartier, Four Seasons, Knight Dragon and Fulham Football club as well as large international and UHNW clients in China.

Vivahouse is a housing 2.0 platform that converts spaces into new age, flexible, city living accommodation through conventional development as well as our Vivasystem - a revolutionary off site pop up construction system. We raised investment from prolific angel investors and launched the product system in 2018. We opened our first 3 sites in 2019. Exited 2020.

Cemented strong market positioning as a disruptor with coverage by all top publications including Forbes, The FT, Dezeen, property week and more.

Worked with senior MDs and departmental heads to plan, structure and implement an innovation program including direct company investment, incubation, company building and investing in early stage IP.

Launched and grew WeWork across the globe (NYC, Boston, DC, London, Amsterdam, Berlin). Set up European presence. Part of taking the company from 200 - 1300 employees globally and from a $1.3bn - $16 bn valuation. Grew London from inception to 8 buildings, over 6000 members and a team of over 200 people. Built the UK business from $0- $50 million in 18 months.

A part of the eBay INV (Innovation & New Ventures) Group, the Incubation team originates and accelerates new businesses within eBay. Acted as an consultant with the team incubating 2 new transactional market places in London and San Jose. Developed the new brands, product and commercialisation strategy. Piloted the concepts from origination through experimentation and growth.
