Paula Coto is a specialist in the design and management of social impact initiatives. With a background in sociology, public policy, and data, Coto provides technical guidance to governments, civil society organizations, multilateral organizations, businesses, and academia. She has worked as a Coordination of Education at CIPPEC, an Analyst of Education at CIPPEC, a Consultant for the Education project at UNICEF, and a Research Assistant at CEIL-CONICET. Coto has a Distinction level MSc in Public Policy from the University of Strathclyde, a Magister en Educación with honors from Universidad de San Andrés, and a Licenciatura en Sociología from Universidad de Buenos Aires. Her expertise is in the development of evidence-based policy and initiatives for education.
