Esther Gonzalez is an accomplished business professional, with extensive experience in investor relations and sales. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Universität des Saarlandes, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputable institutions in Germany and Spain, respectively. Esther has held various leadership positions throughout her career and has worked across several organizations, including Systematica Investments, Macquarie Group, UBP, SEB, UBS, and Wilshire Associates.

As the Head of Investor Relations and Sales Europe at Systematica Investments and formerly as the Market Head Nordics and Switzerland - Institutional Sales - Senior Vice President at Macquarie Group, Esther has shown exceptional expertise in her field. Her extensive experience in institutional sales, project management, capital introduction, and client servicing has made her a valuable asset to every organization she has worked with.
