Alina Nilsson is a highly accomplished serial entrepreneur and co-founder at EMERGE tech product conference, where she discovers tech underdogs and brings the spotlight on emerging tech hubs. Alina has produced large scale events and tech meet-ups in London, with over 2000 attendees from 43 countries, and has also been a producer of an invite-only gamedev conference called GameGroove Mastermind. She has previously worked for startup accelerators such as MassChallenge (UK) and Rockstart Accelerator (The Netherlands), building innovation pipelines for VC funds, accelerators, and startup competitions.

Alina is a leader at the Tech London Advocates Russian working group and has been instrumental in helping startups expand to international markets through partnerships building and business development activities. She is skilled in startup mentoring on fundraising and product development and has organized several startup delegations to the UK and Germany. Her background includes a Master's degree from Cranfield University and a BA in Business Studies with proficiency in German from the University of Exeter.
