Jeroen Vermeer, born into a family background of nursing and classical education, ventured into mechanical engineering and the shipping industry before finding his true passion in nursing organizational learning & transformation processes.

His academic journey includes studies at The International Bateson Institute, Bert Hellinger Institute, International School Of Spiritual Psychology, Tu Delft for Mechanical Engineering, and Canisius College.

Throughout his career, Jeroen has held various roles such as Partner at Frændi - Cognitive Leadership Development, Owner / Facilitator of organisational transformation at TripL B.V., Facilitator of Organisational Change - Partner & Co-Founder at NXTSTG.ORG, Chief Family Care at At Home, and Co-owner at KernContact V.O.F.

In the shipping industry, he served as Director / Co-owner at GoReefers Holding, Director / Co-owner at Breadbox Shipping Lines, and also worked as a Market Analyst at Seatrade Reefer Chartering.
