Bob Blades

Bob Blades is a highly accomplished operations executive with a wealth of experience in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry. With over three decades of experience, Blades has worked for several leading distributors of HVAC equipment, including Watsco and F. W. Webb Company, before joining Baker Distributing Company. At Baker, he currently serves as Senior VP of Operations, responsible for managing the company's 300 branches across North America. Prior to this, he was VP of Field Sales/Operations, where he focused on developing the company's sales and distribution strategies to drive growth in traditional and new markets. Before joining Baker, Bob served as Director of Branch Development at F. W. Webb Company, where he led the development and opening of five new branch locations. As a results-driven executive, Bob is passionate about efficient and effective operations and has a track record of delivering results in fast-paced and challenging business environments.
