Hollie Horvath is an experienced community relations strategist with a successful track record in the utilities industry. With a bachelor's degree in Political Science and World History, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management, Hollie has honed her skills in nonprofit organizations, government relations, grassroots organizing, crisis communications, and event management. She is currently the Senior Director of State Affairs and Community Relations at Xcel Energy, where she leads and expands partnerships with stakeholders, advocates for public policies and assists in the implementation of state regulatory affairs. Prior to her role at Xcel Energy, Hollie served as the director of Community Relations and senior manager of Civic and Political Engagement at Xcel Energy, Deputy Campaign Manager for Hickenlooper for Colorado, and Founding Partner at OnSight Public Affairs.
