Previously, James has served in several senior positions such as Head of Member Reward Innovation at The Midcounties Co-operative, Head of Business Commercial and Head of Marketing at npower, and Managing Partner at Insight Partners LLP. She has also held positions at AURA Insight Ltd, Boots, and Coca Cola Schweppes Beverages, where she gained experience in events organization, insight and data, and finance management.
