He has worked in various roles at leading consulting firms and as an entrepreneur, gaining extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, growth strategies, and other aspects of business management. Aditya is also skilled in Supply Chain Strategy and Planning, Procurement, Capacity Planning, and other areas. He has an MBA in Strategy, International Business, and Leadership from Emory University and a BE in Electronics from Mumbai University.

During his tenure as Chief Strategy Officer for BLAST (www.theblastlife.com), Aditya drove the growth and expansion of the boutique fitness studio. As an independent consultant, he applies his expertise in Growth Strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other fields to benefit small to medium-sized businesses across multiple domains, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Consumer Products.

Aditya's previous experience at Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations division involved working on M&A projects in countries such as Germany, France and India, and overseeing enterprise cost reduction, profit-center analysis, and ABC and other cost accounting methods.
