Pierre-Emmanuel MERLE

Pierre-Emmanuel Merle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reporting and operations management. He currently serves as the Head of Reporting Support Group at Saint-Gobain, where he works closely with various functions such as HR, Audit & Internal Control, and Health, Safety, and Environment to provide reporting and operational tools to the organization. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy head of the HR Support Group, HRIS Project Manager, and HRIS PeopleSoft Consultant at Saint-Gobain and Des Systèmes et des Hommes, respectively. He also worked as an IT Programmer and Analyst at Deloitte before venturing into HR and reporting.

Pierre-Emmanuel's expertise lies in reporting, operational management, project management, and HRIS. He has experience working with various reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Qlikview, Enablon, Talend, Gathering Tools, and Tableau. He is a skilled communicator and collaborator and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process flows and improve organizational performance.
