Jayne Thompson is a seasoned financial professional, with over a decade of experience in private equity and accounting. She is the current Managing Member of Q-Biz Solutions, LLC, a company that has been helping private equity back-office teams enhance data capture, reporting, and automation since 2009. Jayne received her BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

Before joining Q-Biz Solutions, LLC, Jayne served as CFO at Columbia Capital and NMP, as well as VP of Operations at AppNet. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Her expertise has enabled Q-Biz Solutions to provide clients, ranging from venture to buy-out, fund of funds, SBICs, family offices, and other private equity firms, with assets under management from under $200 million to nearly $5 billion, with tailored implementation and outsourcing services.
