Vesa Härkönen is an accomplished customer-focused leader with a wealth of experience in developing innovative products, services, and digital channels across various industries, including telecoms, media, mobile, and elevator. With an MBA and a background in Industrial Design, Vesa combines his design thinking expertise and lean startup experience to discover new and sustainable business opportunities. Vesa has led several multi-disciplinary projects, leveraging his strong leadership and management skills to deliver measurable outcomes. His previous roles include Managing Director at Nordkapp, Head of Service Design, and Senior Design Specialist roles at Elisa, and Design Director at Conmio, among other outstanding positions. He has a passion for photography, and he is also the Director of the Institute of Design and Fine Arts at LAB University of Applied Sciences.
