Frank T. Ziede is a seasoned professional trainer and facilitator with over two decades of experience working with over a dozen premier brands in the retail industry. He has worked with renowned brands such as Tesla, BMW, MINI, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Sub-Zero Wolf Cove, Leica Cameras, and Colgate Toothpaste. Frank's expertise lies in retail sales techniques, interpersonal skills, DiSC personality profile assessments, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. He understands what it takes to make retail experiences remarkable and has dedicated his career to training retail personnel on those qualities.

Frank's experience began in retail when he was just 19 years old, and he has been involved in bringing premium training to retail ever since. He's the CEO of Common Ground Consulting LLC, a facilitation company that focuses on finding common ground between facilitators and participants, as well as participants and materials. Notably, Frank's career began as an actor and performer when he moved from Phoenix to Los Angeles at the age of 21, graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, CA. He worked with well-known names such as Robert Redford, Danny Devito, Spencer Tracy, and Paul Rudd, among others. During his time in L.A., Frank worked as a dancer and choreographer, performing for popular artists like Celine Dion and Usher. In addition, Frank has also represented brands like Nickelodeon, Dewars, Oldsmobile, Lands End, and Sony.

Frank set up Power Forward Films, a Chicago-based film production company, and has directed over a dozen short film projects. Recently, he launched www.blackthewebseries.com, an Amazon Prime web series featuring real-life military veterans in high-action roles.
