Cynthia Francis

Cynthia Francis is an experienced Senior Executive Assistant with a background in the hospital & health care industry.

She studied Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary at Humber College and also attended Thistletown Collegiate Institute.

Cynthia has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, including being the Executive Assistant at Greater Toronto Airports Authority and at Unity Health Toronto - Providence, St. Joseph's and St. Michael's.

She has also worked in different capacities at St. Michael's Hospital, serving as the Patient Relations Advisor, Executive Assistant, Administrative Secretary, and Transcriptionist/Medical Imaging Clerk.
