Human Resources Generalist

- Field HR inquiries on Company policies, practices, LOA, and employee relations.  Investigate employee relations concerns when necessary. 	Advise management on disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.	Maintain employee stock option activity.  Review and update equity administration system (Shareworks/Solium).	Prepare and submit reports for compliance requirements such as Affirmative Action Program, VETS, OSHA and EEO-1 review.
